Sarah walked into her first yoga class looking for an alternative way to stay in shape, but after that first Shavasana, left having found something much more. After a few months of practice, she was blown away by the positive impacts her practice began to have on her life both on and off the mat. This deep interest to dive even more into the practice led her to complete her 200 hour teacher training through Onyx Yoga Studio.
Her classes provide a fun yet purposeful practice, challenging and strengthening students not only physically, but also mentally. While offering modifications throughout the asana, students in a group setting can each develop at their own pace as they are encouraged to listen to their own bodies, connect with their own breath, and feel their own energy as they move through the practice. She continues to be inspired by and is forever grateful to all of her teachers past and present for being a part of this journey.
